For several years Vermeer has asked Pella Engraving to create our years-of-service awards which we give out every December. We also worked with them on our Platinum Dealership Award which hangs in our Global Pavilion and plaques for our service technicians. We have been thrilled with Pella Engraving and their friendly customer service. They are always willing to get every last detail just right. They're very easy to work with, and their support is fantastic.

Initially, we went with Pella Engraving because they're located in the Mid-West, just like we are. But we've continued to come back to them because of the customer service they offer. Any time we've had any issue with a plaque, they are more than willing to correct it without any questions about whose fault it was. They help us any time we have a rush job. When I forgot to re-order a second edition on time, Pella Engraving had no questions. Within a few days, they sent it out. It really helped me in a pinch.

The White House
Pella Engraving's craftsmanship hangs in some pretty high places. One dealer placed an order that now graces a hall in the White House. The dealer was concerned because the project needed to be turned around in less than a week. Although many bronze-casting companies had deemed it impossible, Pella Engraving met the deadline using their magnesium etching process. If you happen to make it to the White House, look for Pella Engraving's handiwork.

When I have customers come in with an emergency, I call Pella Engraving and ask for a fast turn around. They have turned things around in as fast as two days.
